Itachi smirked & decided now it was time to speak. "Actually sir, according the Hogwarts bylaws, a teacher is forbidden from showing favoritism & bigotry. It says doing it even once can result in the teacher losing their job & will never be allowed to teach ever again until said teacher gets over their favoritism. So according to the bylaws, any & all unfair punishments are null & void & all the points you docked are hereby reinstated & the house you favor loses as much points as you took off from us. In other words, Slytherin loses 190 points & if you continue to act this way, you will be fired & kicked out on your backside so fast your head will unscrew itself" he said with a victorious smirk as Snape paled.
